As a company, we lacked a system to house all of our objectives and a well-defined and documented process to adhere to. We also faced challenges in taking ownership and accountability of corporate projects. Through the implementation of ArchPoint and MyOGSM, we now have the framework and a well-defined process to help our leadership team execute against our corporate OGSMs.
